The Mayor and the London Borough of Lambeth published a plan for Waterloo in early 2006 called the ‘Waterloo Development Framework’.
Our plans reflect the ideas and objectives set out in the Framework.
The Framework encourages the development of offices immediately adjoining the Station and

suggests that it would be appropriate for these to form a small cluster of tall buildings in the centre of Waterloo.
Our scheme would be the first part of this cluster which would be completed with new buildings at the station creating a new town square. |
