We would like to explain our plans for redeveloping Elizabeth House which is the 1960’s building on York Road right next to Waterloo Station.
Our scheme provides a greatly improved environment around Waterloo Station, a new street, two new headquarter office buildings, shops and about 280 apartments of mixed tenure.
It is being designed by architects Allies and Morrison and we would be pleased to have your views on the scheme and the ideas behind it.
The planning application was submitted in July 2007 and following extensive public consultation and discussions with key stakeholders, amendments to the scheme were submitted in March 2008.
